I explored digital textures and pitches and the slow transition from one to the other. I stretched (some) transitions as much as I could. I added a bit of contrast with found organic sounds that I then manipulated to make more electronic. Poetically, I sought to compose a piece that reflected my fears of taking medication for PTSD--how it might effect my creative work. Medication has helped me tremendously! This piece reflects my feelings towards medication before I began taking it.
